Friday Morning Art Therapy Group

an on-going art process group for adults who are interested in self discovery and the creative process

These Friday morning group art sessions are designed as a place where beginners to advanced students may receive formal art instruction, media exploration, creative inspiration and an opportunity for self expression. This fall the focus is on media exploration and will include assignments in drawing, printmaking, painting and sculpture. Do not miss this opportunity to cultivate the creative and expressive artist within. Participation only with approval/invitation of the instructor. This group is for individuals who are already in recovery - seeing a therapist, working a 12 Step program, studing martial arts or involved in another type of daily practice. No art experience is required. Great environment, experienced feedback, other fascinating people and good coffee too!
